Rockpoint is using notice-and-access to deliver the materials for the FY2026 annual meeting of shareholders to registered and beneficial holders of Class A Shares. Notice-and-access allows the Company to post the Meeting materials online rather than printing and mailing paper copies to each shareholder. Notice-and-access is a more environmentally friendly and cost effective way to deliver the meeting materials, as it allows Rockpoint to reduce paper use and printing and mailing costs.
